Our service fee is 5% of the total purchase value, covering coordination and assistance within the agreed scope.
Is the initial assessment free?
Yes. The initial consultation and project assessment are free, including understanding your needs and assessing whether purchasing from China makes sense.
How do you shortlist factories?
We arrange visits to factories suited to your project so you can compare quality, prices, designs and specifications. You make the final selection and approve the order.
Do you have a team in China?
Yes. Our China team coordinates factory visits, translation, accompaniment and your purchases within the agreed service scope.
Are measurements and installation included in the 5% fee?
Measurements and installation are arranged directly between you and the specialist. Smart Tracks supervision can be provided as an additional service with a separate fee agreed in advance.
What if I want to change my order?
Agree changes directly with the factory. Once approved, send us an updated copy of the order so we can coordinate using the current details.
